Bio
Olinda Magalhães is a Partner and has been a JPAB member since 2006.
Olinda Magalhães has developed her activity in the most diversified areas of Administrative Law, with particular focus on public procurement, legal advisory services to public entities and private contracting parties in the preparation and execution of contracts, urban planning, immigration and nationality, and in all administrative and arbitration litigation and associated misdemeanour disputes. In the public management sector, she has also conducted proceedings to determine and enforce financial liabilities.
Olinda also has extensive knowledge and expertise in providing legal consultancy services to national and international clients on environmental, energy and natural resources issues, and, in recent years, she has been particularly active in the mining and extractive activities sector. She also provides legal advisory services to private and contracted healthcare establishments covering all the specific related aspects, such as licensing, registration and contractualisation of health agreements and conventions.
