Bio
Maria João Dias is a partner at JPAB - José Pedro Aguiar-Branco Advogados and head of the firm's Corporate and M&A department.
She began her career at Uría Menéndez - Proença de Carvalho, where she practised for over a decade. She then took on the role of Head of Legal Corporate | M&A in the Sonae Capital group.
Maria João is experienced in corporate and commercial matters and has solid experience in company acquisition processes, both in terms of due diligence and contract negotiation.
She is an arbitrator at the Concórdia Centre for Conciliation and Mediation of Conflicts.
